After the 1994 Daewoo Development Co.,Ltd.- Engineering & Construction advanced construction field, and was merger and acquisition with Handok General Construction Co.,Ltd. in 1997. Daewoo Motor Sales Co.,Ltd. divided into three company and Daewoo Development Co.,Ltd.- Engineering & Construction was established by regeneration proposals in december 19, 2011 .
In spite of brief time we grow rapidly, advance in six years, rise to the ranked 885th to the ranked 60th - 1st grade in the midst of construction ability evaluation with consecutively surplus for last 11years.

Launched Eco-friendly housing brand "iaan", company identify identity in 2003.
And successfully launched premium housing brand "EXORDIUM" in 2006.
And we played the role of locomotive behind the growth of the domestic housing industry.
The “iaan” (literally meaning “inside” in Korean) brand encompasses the residential
philosophy of the Daewoo Development Co.,Ltd.- Engineering & Construction and
Exordium,meaning the beginning and origin of things, is a brand for the highest premium
residential-commercial combined residences, reflecting the philosophy of the company,
which strives to create the world’s best residential spaces.
